Who am I? Not that many years ago I was a spirit drinker. You could find me sipping gin and soda on a patio somewhere in our beautiful city of Vancouver. Skip ahead a few years and I was introduced to a beautiful clovey Hefeweizen that changed my patio drinking style forever.
Today I’m studying to write the Certified Cicerone exam (that be a beer sommelier for folks that don’t know) and Hop Head would be an accurate description of my taste in beers.
